Keep the bare "AAAC Wildlife Removal" for the network only. The legal "A All Animal Control of North Houston, LLC dba…" stays on contracts and invoices, never on listings.
The homepage photo shows that number on a truck wrap. If vehicles on the road still carry it, that's an operations fix and the web cleanup won't hold.

Get in writing (from them and from the franchisor) that they own and operate these and that the number forwards to us. Then: every page mentioning AAAC uses 281-688-2435, or the pages come down. One sentence is enough — "Gordon says the second number confuses the AI tools."

First read it and confirm exactly what it shows (the audit saw "(281) 292-8866" and "Phone: (832) 585-7127" but couldn't open the page). Then claim it — we're Accredited, so it should be claimable — set the phone to 281-688-2435 and delete the (832) 585-7127 alternate entirely. Don't just correct it.
thewoodlandstx.com listing — a paid listing we stopped paying for. Everything's correct except the phone, which is the old tracking number (281) 292-8866. Call or email them: change to 281-688-2435, or remove the listing.
yelp.com/biz/aaac-wildlife-removal-montgomery shows "aallanimalcontrol.com" as the website label. Log into the Yelp business account and set it to houston.aaacwildliferemoval.com. Leave the address as city-only — that's correct.
Log into the GBP dashboard (marketing@aaacwildliferemoval.com). Confirm Houston is claimed, the address stays hidden, and the service area covers the right towns. Tell Gordon if there are any "duplicate" or "suppressed" listings shown — that can't be seen from outside.
zoominfo.com/c/aaac-wildlife-removal — the audit believes it lists HQ's number (832) 793-6737 for Houston, but couldn't open the page. Just read it and screenshot it for Gordon; he'll handle the correction.
houstonaaacwildliferemoval.weebly.com — the office owns this account. Phone on it is correct, so no rush, but it's a second "official" site splitting the signal. Gordon's recommendation: redirect it to houston.aaacwildliferemoval.com. Needs the Weebly login.
The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce (woodlandschamber.org) and the National Wildlife Control Operators Association (nwcoa.com, "Find an Operator"). Both are membership fees. The Chamber anchors us to the right area (Bing currently thinks we're in Conroe) without publishing an address; NWCOA is the one directory specific to our trade. Also worth checking whether Brian's Texas Dept. of Agriculture license can be listed publicly anywhere — it appears nowhere today and it's the strongest kind of proof there is.

Re-run the audit thirty days after cleanup starts. The number that matters is how many independent sources agree (today 4, target 10) — not how many listings we touched.
